Solar Collectors

U-16 type solar collectors uses the all-glass evacuated solar tube as the absorber tube, each glass tube is fitted with an aluminum contact fin which serves to be the heat transfer contact and also fixes the copper pipe against inner wall of the glass tube. The copper pipe is formed in an U shape,within which the collector fluid absorbs and transfers the heat to the collector heater. HP-16 type solar collector uses also all-glass evacuated solar tube as the absorber tube, each glass tube is fitted with an aluminum contact fin which serves to be the heat transfer contact between the heat pipe and absorber tube. The liquid in the heat pipe change into vapor goes up within the heat pipe.When heat is exchanging between the condenser end of the heat pipe and the metallic faster of the heat pipe and main pipe in the collector head, herein, the heat will be transferred into the liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water inside the main pipe).
